Writ to the sheriff of Warwick to enquire whether one virgate of in Drayton, late of Simon de Drayton, hanged for larceny, has been in king's hand for a year and a day ; and of whom Simon held it. Inquisition whether eight acres of land with appurtenances in late of Richard Halfkar , who was hanged for the death of Maud mother: have been in the king's hand for a year and a day : have not: Richard held the land of William de Lasceles, father of de Lasceles now in Otringham.
