Inquisition : William de Ailburne and William de Cley imprisoned at for the death of Fulk son of Ralph de La... gton are not thereof. But Thomas No Clerc, Richard le Somfeter] of . . . ford John Felleden of Weston killed Fulk and fled therefor. William and were accused because Thomas, Richard and John had lodged at the of Elysabet de Colevill where they were servants (ubi ministrabant), they followed the hue and cry from Elysabet s court to the place where was killed, but were in no way consenting to his death.
