The said Alexander de Ros and William, his received nothing, while the manor was in the lands of the said John de Balliolo, or Antony, bishop of Durham ; but between of King Alexander and the delivery of the said manor, together with of Tyndale to John de Balliolo as next heir of the kingdom of the said manor with the said liberty was in the hand of the present for 7 years, and Hugh de Nonewik, one of the jurors of this at that time receiver of the farms of the liberty of Tyndale under Normanvyle, then bailiff of the liberty, by order of the said to the said Alexander de Ros 4 marks for a year ; whether had warrant from the king the jurors know not. the said Robert.
