James de Audele, John de Ore, John Heryngaud, and Isabel de are chief lords of the marsh of Wynchelse ; Reynold de Rede and (named) are tenants of the said lords and hold of them land in the said marsh, and ought to defend the said lords and tenants by walls and dykes, when necessary, from inundation of because their tenures well suffice for that purpose.
