William de Radenovere long before the publication of the statute bought 12s. of rent in Hereford from John de Gloucestria and thereof Richard de Luley, and after the death of the said Richard the said statute granted the said rent in frank almoin to Richard and his successors, chaplains celebrating divine service in the of St. Ethelbert, Hereford, for their maintenance for ever, and the de Knulle had seisin for three years before the said statute. Tuesday the feast of St. Giles. and an acre and a half of land in Normanton, which John who was hanged for felony, held, have been a year and a day in the ; the said John held the same of Sir Thomas de Normanvill by the of 2s., and the service of a man for two days in autumn and day to lift hay; the tenements are of the yearly value of 5s. with had the year and day, and the town of Normanton is charged coroners of Rutland to answer for the value of the tenements before next itinerant in the said county. de Wytewell, first wife of the said John, purchased the said messuage of land from Robert de Fanecurt in fee, before the said John married INQUISITIONS 1615.
