Stephen de Stalham was not seised in fee of any tenement in Norwich on day when he committed the felony for which he was outlawed, but Maud wife purchased from Gocelin Godale, her father, a messuage in Overneweport MISCELLANEOUS 441 yearly value of 5s., and two fish stalls in Norwich market of the yearly of 12s. before the said Stephen married her. said Maud, and Maud her sister, had a messuage in Nudegate and stalls in Norwich market of the yearly value of 13s. of the inheritance Godale their father.
