[1288.] : Robert Pounceden, who was outlawed for felony, held a in Baudak of his inheritance after the death of Geldus the cobbler his uncle, whose heir he is; the said Robert afterwards allowed late the wife of the said Geldus, to hold the messuage in the name according to the custom of the town of Baudak ; she is dead, and the should have reverted to the said Robert, if he had not been outlawed.
