Afterwards the said Adelina withdrew her appeal, underthat the said Robert was not to blame. In the eyre of John de and his fellows, the appeal was found in the coroners rolls, and the said Robert was called before them, and did not appear because then in co. Saturday the morrow of St. Peter's Chains. before St. James Ralph le Fawkenor hunted in the park of earl of Cornwall, of Sewelle, with others unknown, but took ; they did so by the counsel and assent of the wife of Miles de ; because the said earl's parker found a greyhound in the said park hour of prime, and took it, and it escaped to the house of the said Daylesford in co. Worcester, whither the parker followed it with the country, and wished to have it back, INQUISITIONS The said Miles was willing to let him have it, but neither the wife of the Miles nor the said Ralph would consent thereto.
