Writ to the sheriff of Hants stating that William de Wintreshull been appointed to enquire, and instructing the sheriff to find a jury. 2 January 51 Henry III. Inquisition made before William de Wyntreshull, Herward de Marisco, Walter Dandely, justices of gaol delivery, and G. la Grave, sheriff, finding Richard Custe of Munestok killed Reginald Polle in self-defence, and not malice.
