Northampton, late of Elizabeth de Nevyll, tenant of the king in chief, to hold the same from Michaelmas last until the lawful age of Elizabeth's heir, rendering 20 marks yearly at the Exchequer by equal portions at Easter and Michaelmas, and a further 101. 8s. to the sheriff of Northampton for the fee-farm of the manor ; with clause touching maintenance of buildings etc. By bill of the treasurer.
