Commitment to the king's kinsman, Thomas Percy, of the keeping of all the lands:late of Margaret late the wife of Roger Corbet of Moreton, chivaler, who (que) held of the king in chief, to hold the same from the time of Margaret's death until . 205 the lawful age of Robert Corbet, her son and heir, together with the marriage of the said heir, and so from heir to heir until one of them shall have attained lawful age and been married by him, rendering yearly at the Exchequer for the keeping and marriage aforesaid as much as may be agreed upon between him and the king's council ; provided always that he find fit sustenance for the heir, keep and maintain without waste and destruction the houses, buildings, woods, enclosures and gardens pertaining to the said lands, and do and support all the other charges incumbent thereon.
