Grant to the king's esquire, John de Wyke, of the keeping of a of all the lands late of John Mautravers, knight, who held the king in chief, which descended by hereditary right to one of the daughters and heirs of the said John to hold the same until the lawful age of the said together with her marriage, provided that he pay for keeping and marriage as much as any person would be to pay therefor, as may be agreed upon between him the king and council.
