Order to the treasurer and chamberlains to deliver to the same _Lapinus all the silver in plate or bullion in the treasury in their keeping by the right weight and appreciation of the true value, for the making of such money ; order also to them to buy to the king's advantage all silver in plate and bullion and all vessels of gold and silver which can be found in the realm for sale.
