Commission to Geofirey de Conductu and Reynold le Barber to collect in the port of London the new customs of 2s. on each tun of wine which merchants of the realm bring to England and whereon they are held to pay freight to the mariners, beyond the ancient customs, if they are willing to pay the same as alien merchants in return for certain liberties and to be quit of the king's prises; and to answer therefor as the king ordered them to answer for the said 2s. on each tun of wine of alien merchants, so that they distrain no merchant of the realm to pay the same against his will.
