Order to the escheator on this side Trent to commit until the next to William son of William de Echingham the lands by hereditary right to Eva, daughter and heir of Ralph de tenant in chief, to hold in the name of Eva who appears by proof of age taken by the escheator to be of full age: so that he and sow the lands and answer for the issues meanwhile, and so Eva be then before the king to do what should of right be done.
