Commitment to John ap Herry and Walter Lowr, by mainprise of William Wynnesley and William Helle of the county of Hereford, of the keeping of all the lands late of John ap Howell and Margery his wife in the said county and the adjacent march of Wales; to hold the same for as long as the lands shall remain in the king's hand on account of the outlawry and waivery promulgated against the said John ap Howell and Margery for the death of John Hugyn feloniously killed by them, rendering the extent thereof yearly, or as much as may be agreed upon between them and the treasurer, maintaining the houses and buildings pertaining to the said lands, and supporting all other charges incumbent thereon.
