Commitment to John Mattok, by mainprise of Robert ap Rees of the county of Somerset and Thomas Chamberleyn of the county Gloucester, of the keeping of the manor of Exford, with its appurtenances and liberties, co. Somerset, which manor to the abbey of Neeth in Wales and is in the king's hand full payment has been made of the subsidies and tenths due the king ; to hold the same from Michaelmas last for as long the manor shall remain in the king's hand for this cause, 50s. yearly at the Exchequer by equal portions at Easter Michaelmas ; with clause touching maintenance of buildings support of charges. By bill of the treasurer.
