To Adam de Lymbergh and his fellows, appointed to supervise the taking of wool in co. Lincoln. Order to cause 33 sacks of wool of William Dayncourt to be dearrested and delivered to him, as he has besought the king to order this to be done, as he set out to parts beyond the sea at the king's request with horses and arms, and remained there for some time, and came to the realm to seek victuals and other necessaries to take to those parts, and he is now about to return, and the king ordered William de la Pole, to whom he committed his in the port of Boston, to cause a certain number of William's sacks of wool to be taken from that port in aid of his expenses in the said service, and William Deyncourt caused 33 sacks to be taken to Boston, and William de la Pole had set out before the wool arrived, and Adam and his fellows caused it to be arrested by reason of the king's prohibition that no wool should be taken to parts beyond before the king's wool had been collected.
