To Stephen le Blount and to the mayor and bailiffs of Sandwich. Order to cause a ship called la Seint marieship of Lescluse, of which James Ballard is master, to be de-arrested without delay, and to permit James to go where he will, retaining in the king's hands the wool and other merchandise found therein, with which it was loaded that port without licence, without having paid custom or received coket, as the king has learned that James was ignorant of this, and that ho is in no wise guilty thereof.
