To William Trussel, escheator this side Trent. Order not to interfurther with the manor of Barenton, co. Cambridge, restoring issues thereof to the master of the house of the scholars of St. Cambridge, as the escheator returned that he took the manor the king's hands because it was found by inquisition that it is in chief, and that the master acquired the reversion thereof, which John de Lancastr[ia] and Annora, his wife, held for life, of de Walsham, without the king's licence, and it is found by inspection of the king's letters, exhibited by the master in chancery, he acquired the reversion by the king's licence.
