Order not to proceed to hold any between Edmund le Cheyne, keeper of the king's prison of Flete in the of that city and adjudicator there,and John de Horewod, William Iford, Peter Hungry, Thomas de Chetyndon, Wiltiam de Toppefeld, Regi de Thorp, William le Arblaster, Thomas Giles, Robert de Asshe, Thomas London, Richard le Ussher, Walter Underwade, and others of that city, consulting the king, as John and the others have impleaded before the mayor and sheriffs in the husting of London without king's writ, because Edmund raised a house for the custody of the of that prison there, unjustly and without a judgment, to the of their free tenement in that suburb, as the king has learned, and plea concerns the king's free tenement.
