Order to pay to the of Julers or to Tydmannus Mayumburgh, whom the count has to receive the money in his name, or to the attorney of 450 marks for the present Michaelmas term, from the issues those customs, in accordance with the king's grant of 900 marks to the to be received yearly from the issues of those customs by the hands the collectors of the same for the time being.
