Order to restore without delay to Thomas de OQddesthorp, clerk, of York diocese, his lands, goods and chattels, which were taken into the king's hand on his being indicted before Henry de Percy and his fellows, justices of oyer and terminer in co. York, of the theft of certain goods of William de Whitewell, of the price of 13s. 4d., and of a heifer of Robert Leher, of the price of 15s., and of a horse of the said William, of the price of 5s.,as Thomas has purged his innocence before W. archbishop of York, the diocesan, to whom he was delivered by the justices in accordance with the privilege of the clergy. .
