Like order to restore to Philip ap Howel his lands and goods, the custody whereof was delivered to Roger by the sheriff of Hereford, by whom they were taken into the king's hands because it was said that Philip adhered to the said Humphrey de Bohun, and that he wore Humphrey s robes for a long time.
