Bernard de Brus, son and heir of John de Brus, tenant in chief, a minor the king's wardship, appoints Thomas de Brayton and Thomas de his keepers to sue and defend his right in the inheritance of his and to challenge the inquisitions that Bernard de Brus, brother of said John, has caused to be made, etc.
