Order not to interfurther with the temporalities of the priory of Combewell, now which he has taken into the king's hands by reason of the minority of heir of Geoffrey de Say, tenant in chief, and to restore the issues thereof the sub-prior and convent, saving the king's right in the presentation of prior elect, as the king learns by inquisition taken by the escbeator that de Say and his ancestors, formerly pa rons of the priory, had no of the goods and things pertaining to the priory in times of but that the sub-prior and convent had at all times full adminisof all goods durivg voidance, and that neither tle king nor his received any issues from the temporalities of the priory during by reason of the minority of Geoffrey's ancestors.
