Colas of Gildeford to John de Bourgcher knight. Recogfor 200 marks, to be levied etc. of his lands and chattels in Colas of Gildeford and Alice his wife, daughter and heir de Wotton, to John de Bourgcher knight, John Ive and Bluet clerks, their heirs and assigns. Charter with warranty of the manor of Ryveshales with rents, services etc. in co. Essex, sometime of Wynesia daughter and one of the John de Reveshale knight, which they had by feoffment of vicar of Gestnyngthorp and Robert Arnold of Merseye, and with Thomas Hynton who has made a release thereof to the [Colas] and Alice, their heirs and assigns, by feoffment said Walter de Wotton. Witnesses: John de Sutton, Thomas knights, Thomas Hynton, Edmund Brokesbourne, Stompe. Dated Estmerseye, 6 June 6 Richard I. Colas and Alice (as above) to John Porter of Tollesbury and Nichole.
