collectors of customs in the port of Kyngeston upon Hull. Order the town of Grymesby and to receive from the mayor and bailiffs town a little boat there and the wool found therein, after causing be appraised in the presence of the said mayor and bailiffs, and to thereof for the king's advantage, delivering a fourth part for their those who arrested the boat, as the said mayor and bailiffs have the king that they and certain others of that town, learning Flemings in their ship in the River Humbre near Grymesby, to take away wool from England without paying the custom thereon, went in a certain ship to the said Flemings when in aforesaid, to make scrutiny in the matter, and found 5 pockets of . customed or coketted:laded in a little boat in that river to be parts beyond, which wool they arrested together with the boat ; king has ordered the mayor and bailiffs to permit the collectors to the wool and boat and to deliver the same to them by indenture.
