Memorandum that William came into chancery at Westminster on the said Friday and acknowledged the preceding indenture. Enrolment of release by John brother and heir of Gilbert son of Gilbert de Tolthorp to Richard Chaumbirleyn, knight, of all his right and claim in the manor of Deneford, and in 6s. 8d. rent issuing from tenements which Thomas Foster holds in Lufwyk, and 2s. rent issuing from a free tenement, formerly of Roger Dylkes, in Wodeford near Trapston, and in all the rent anciently due to the said manor in Keston, except the lands, rents, meadows, pastures and other services due in the towns of Little Adyngton, Sudburgh and in the city of Norwich. Witnesses: Robert de Veer, Michael de Staunford, Thomas de Miriden, John Petyt, Edmund de Trapston. Dated at Deneford on Monday the feast of St. Katharine, 27 Edward III.
