de Nessefeld acknowledges that he owes to John de Eston, of Wermouth church, 60/.; to be levied etc. in the county of York. on payment. de Hundmanby, parson of Huntyngton church, near York, that he owes to Richard de Thoresby, clerk, 40s.; to be in default of payment, of his lands and chattels and ecclesiastical in the county of York. on payment. of deed testifying that whereas Gilbert le Blount of Plescy Richard Ban have granted to William de Clyntone, earl of Huntingdon, lands with their appurtenances which they lately held jointly with atte Meed of Dovercourt, chaplain, and John Smelt, of the gift and of Walter de Fynchyngfeld in the towns of Rameseye, Great Moese and Beaumond, co. Essex, the said earl grants that if he impleaded by any one for the said lands or parcel thereof he acquits and Richard of their warranty of the said lands; and if the earl of Sir Richard de Playz, Sir William Germyn, Philip de Daneshwell other move a plea for the said lands, the said earl of Huntingdon to acquit Gilbert and Richard of any loss by such cause and of their thereupon.
