Order to supersede made upon Richard Taaf of Balibragan for 100/., if he find made the recognisance for that sum before 20 July in the of the reign, as on that day the king pardoned Richard the which he made in not taking the order of knighthood according proclamations in Ireland, and granted that he should not be to take that order against his will, for life, and now he has the king to order him to be discharged of the said recognisance of that pardon, as before the said day he undertook before to take the order of knighthood before Michaelmas then and if he did not he acknowledged that he was bound to the 40/., which the justiciary has adjudged to be levied of him, as if he to take the order before Michaelmas, whereas he is discharged pardon aforesaid.
