Order not to intermeddle with the goods which belonged to Richard de Monte Caniso, restoring to Joan and John de Wauton, executors of John's will, anything which taken, by a mainprise, if the sheriff of Essex certify that he security from the executors to answer to the king for the debts in which Richard was bound to the king for the time when sheriff of Essex and Hertford and collector of wool in those as those executors besought the king to order the said goods and to be delivered to them by such security to make execution of the and the king ordered the sheriff of Essex to restore the chattels to the executors if they should find security to render at the exchequer on the morrow of Michaelmas next, and to what should be found to be due to the king.
