To the treasurer and barons of the exchequer. Order to discharge John de Peyto, the elder, of the levyingand collecting of wool in co. Warwick from 15 July last, if they find that he has not intermeddled therewith, as the king lately appointed him for this with other lieges, and on the said 15 July the king ordered him not to intermeddle therewith, as the other lieges were to execute the premises without awaiting his presence. 5.
