Order to be at Westminster on Monday the Nativity of the Virgin next to treat with others of the council certain affairs touching the king's expedition to parts beyond the sea, the defence of the realm, and to give his counsel and further to do as seem most fitting to him, as the king wishes to hold a conference him and others of the council by brother Richard de Wynkele and Robert de Askeby, whom he has informed concerning the said and whom he is sending to England for this purpose. By the keeper and C. like to Bartholomew de Burgherssh. writs are also directed to John de Stonore, William de Shareshull Ralph Basset of Drayton severally to be at Westminster on Tuesday or before the said feast.
