Order permit Robert de Angerton of Newcastle, the king's merchant, to load sacks of wool in that port, and take it to the staple at Andewerp paying custom and subsidy thereon, according to the king's to him, he having paid 2 marks a sack for custom and subsidy William de Northwell, keeper of the wardrobe, and the king has him the residue.
