the sheriff of Wilts. Order to compel all the men of that bailiwick ought to pay wages to the men at arms and archers staying at for the safe custody of the maritime land there, to pay such so that the men may not withdraw as the king has from the men that their wages are in arrear for a great time and those who ought to pay them refuse to do so, wherefore it will them to depart from that place unless their wages are quickly paid.
