To Master John de Barton, one of the collectors of customs in the port Kyngeston upon Hull. Order to cause certain ships of Flanders, at that port by the merchants of the society of the Bardi to take wool to Andewerp, which are arrested by certain of the king's there, who assert that they have power to arrest such ships to the king's wool to parts beyond the sea, to be dearrested and to the merchants, if the ships have been freighted by them as By C.
