To Gilbert Talbot, justice of South Wales, or to him who supplies place. Order to cause to come before him and the chamberlain of parts, all those of the said parts who owe any debts to the king or to de Welles the late chamberlain, in the king's name, of whose Richard will inform them, and to cause an indenture to be made Richard and the chamberlain concerning such debts and others shall be found, delivering one part to Richard and one to the and use all diligence so that the debts shall be levied and to the chamberlain, and to keep all the money levied under his and that of Richard, as Richard has besought the king to provide a as divers sums are owed to him and he cannot answer for them he is amoyed from his office.
