Order. to Gilbert de Bohun his lands, goods and chattels, which were into the king's hands by reason of the outlawry promulgated against in the king's court because he did not answer to Roger de Mortuo for a trespass committed against him, as the king lately pardoned the outlawry by his letters patent [Cal. Patent [olls, 29 Edw. I, and he has now granted to him his lands, goods and chattels, as wishes to show him more ample favour because he is setting out for in his service,
