Commission to John Randolf and John de Abernun to deliver Gildeford gaol, except of prisoners indicted for trespasses against the peace before the coming of the late justices in eyre in the county of Surrey and those handed over to bail for manslaughter until their coming, or appealed before them for the same, those who surrendered to the said gaol before the said eyre. and those indicted before Peter Malore and Osbert de Spaldington, the late justices, for trespasses in the free warrens and chaces in Surrey and Sussex of John de Warenna, earl of Surrey, and for the death of William le Taillur, the earl's parker.
