Order to deliver from prison those who were Langley. indicted before Robert de Bures and Walter.de Gilling for besieging the church of Pageham and the houses of the church and for divers trespasses committed by them upon Theobald de Bares, parson of the aforesaid church, and upon Gerricus de Fago, his proctor there, and whom the king ordered to be taken by the sheriff and to be committed to prison until he should otherwise ordain, and also others who were indicted. of these trespasses before the said Robert and Walter and were arrested and imprisoned by the sheriff, upon their finding mainpernors who shall undertake, to wit body for body, to have them before the king at his will to answer to him for the contempt aforesaid and to Theobald and Gerricus for the trespasses aforesaid.
