Order to resume into the king's hands the lands that Simon de Sharstede held of him at his death by reason of the barony of Crevequer, and to cause dower to be assigned from them to Alice, late the wife of Simon, in the presence of Elizabeth, daughter and heiress of Simon, if she wish to be present, upon Alice taking oath that she will not marry without the king's licence, as it was not and is not the king's intention that dower should not be assigned to Alice, although he lately took the homage of Elizabeth for the lands that belonged to Simon.
