Order to deliver to Emma, late the wife of John de lately hanged, the goods and chattels of the said John upon her security to answer to the king before the justices next in eyre for pleas for the chattels that belonged to John at his death, in with an appraisement thereof made before them. Hugh de Berwordecote, imprisoned at Worcester for the death of John les Breres, who was slain at Derby, wherewith he is charged, has letters the sheriff of Derby to bail him.
