Order to supersede entirely the putting in outlawry of the aforesaid men, wherein they are placed for not before the aforesaid justices, as the king wills that the indictments before him and not elsewhere, and the said men have chancery in person and have found mainpernors to have them king in the octaves of St. Hilary next to stand to right concernindictments. By K. & C. that Robert de Ardern, Simon de Bereford, Asculph de and William de Kirkeby of co. Leicester, mainperned for the said writ, returnable at the same day, in favour of Eustace le (sic) Robert and Walter, his brothers, and Henry de Foxton, chaplain, to the said sheriff. that John de Roos, Simon de Bereford of co. Lincoln, de Bourn of co. Kent, and William English of co. Cumberland, each of the said men as above.
