To the constable of Kermerdyn castle, or to him who supplies his place. Order to provide that castle with men and other necessaries according to the fees which he has received from the king for their custody, without delay, as the king sent him a previous order to do this, which he has not obeyed. The king has ordered the chamberlain of South Wales to cause the castles to be repaired where necessary and victuals provided as aforesaid, and has ordered Gilbert Talebot, justice of South Wales, to survey that providing, and to cause the castle to be seised out the king's hands, and to punish the constable if he is remiss or negligent in the execution of the order, and the constable shall obey the justice and be attendant upon him in all things touching that castle.
