To the treasurer and the barons of the exchequer. Writ of supersedeas until Michaelmas next in respect of their demand against John Panes of Purrig or his mainpernors for the issues of the manor of Laverton, the keeping whereof on 4 December last the king by a mainprise committed to the said John from the time it was taken into the king's hand until debate should be had in the king's court whether the manor ought to pertain to the said John or no, so that he should answer at the exchequer for the issues thereof and for all . 447 issues which should be adjudged to the king; as a plea the same between the king and the said John is yet without debate before the king, as Robert Tresilian the chief has certified in chancery.
