the sheriff of Notyngham. Order by mainprise of Thomas of Notyngham to set free John de Stoke of Wydmerpool as his petition shews that he is imprisoned in Notyngham at suit of certain lieges upon pretence that he preached divers contrary to the catholic faith; and the said Thomas has in chancery under a pain of 20/. to have him whenever before the king and council, the archbishop of York, or the commissaries.
