Order to supersede the execution of the king's writ to deliver to Matilda, late the wife of Gilbert de Clare, earl of Gloucester and Hertford, the manor of Fakenhamdam and a rent in Causton, lately assigned to her as her dower of the manors cf Aylesham, Fakenhamdam, and Causton, and to resume the same into his hands if he have delivered them to her, and to deliver them to David de Strabolgy, earl of Athole, to whom the king granted them before dower was assigned to Matilda.
