Order to supersede entirely the putting in and outlawry of the aforesaid men, wherein they are placed for not before the aforesaid justices, as the king wills that the indictments be determined before him and not elsewhere, and the said men have into chancery in person and have found mainpernors to have them the king in the octaves of St. Hilary next to stand to right concernsaid indictments, By K. & . that Robert de Ardern, Simon de Bereford, Asculph de and William de Kirkeby of co. Leicester, mainperned for the said like writ, returnable at the same day, in favour of Eustace le (sic) Robert and Walter, his brothers, and Henry de Foxton, chaplain, to the said sheriff. that John de Roos, Simon de Bereford of co. Lincoln, de Bourn of co. Kent, and William English of co. Cumberland, each of the said men as above.
