the collectors of the custom of wool, hides, and wool-fells in the port Whereas on 29 March last the king granted by charter to the of Flanders among other liberties that from that date until next they should pay the tolls, impositions and customs on merchandise and goods bought and sold by them in the realm like the and merchants of the realm ; the king orders the collectors to receive John Quynker and John Kemp, if they are merchants and inhabitants Ghent, of the hides and wool-fells taken by them out of the realm the said 20 March and Whitsuntide, such tolls etc. as the of the realm pay, and to permit them to be quit of all other during that time.
